1. Cancellation Timelines & Fees

Booking fees or advance token amounts are subject to specific deductions based on how early the cancellation request is formally made prior to the scheduled pickup time:

  • Cancellations 48 hours or more before pickup: 100% of the advance amount will be refunded to the customer (minus minor payment gateway transactional processing fees, if applicable).

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance booking amount will be retained as a cancellation charge, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup / No-Show: The advance token or booking amount is 100% non-refundable and will be forfeited to cover vehicle holding costs and driver scheduling.

2. Vehicle Availability & Service Cancellations by Us

In exceptionally rare instances where AgraJaipurCab.com is forced to cancel a booking due to mechanical breakdowns, extreme weather warnings, or unforeseen operational emergencies:

  • We will make every effort to arrange an equivalent alternate vehicle or route upgrade.

  • If a substitute vehicle cannot be arranged to your satisfaction, a 100% immediate refund of the advance payment will be processed without any deductions.

3. Mid-Trip Changes & Early Terminations

  • Once the journey has commenced, if a customer decides to cut their trip short or alter the pre-booked itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds or partial adjustments will be issued for the unutilized kilometers or days.

  • Any major route extensions requested mid-trip will be billed dynamically based on standard running rates.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved by our management, the amount will be credited back through the original payment mode used during booking (e.g., Bank Transfer, UPI, or Payment Gateway).

  • Approved refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on bank processing cycles.
