Welcome to AgraJaipurCab.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and booking services. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Offered
AgraJaipurCab.com (owned and operated by Mr. Anuj Chahar, located at MMIG 9, Shilpgram Rd, Agra, UP – 282006) provides point-to-point taxi services, airport transfers, local sightseeing, and PAN India outstation travel using our fleet of Sedans, SUVs, MUVs, Tempo Travellers, Urbanias, Luxury Cars (BMW, Mercedes), Luxury Buses, and Vintage Cars.
2. Booking and Confirmation

All online or telephonic booking requests are subject to vehicle availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation message/email and pays the designated advance token amount.

The specific vehicle model chosen during booking will be provided; however, in rare cases of mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle category will be substituted.
3. Pricing, Tolls, and Taxes

Our quotes clearly state what is included (e.g., fuel, driver allowance) and what is excluded.

Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in your itinerary, State Taxes, Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, and Border Permits are to be paid directly by the customer during the journey.

Any night driving charges (if applicable) will be communicated transparently at the time of booking.
4. User Responsibilities & Vehicle Conduct

Passenger Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the booked vehicle.

Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. AgraJaipurCab.com is not liable for any loss or damage to baggage during the trip.

Illegal Activities: Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or contraband prohibited under Indian law is strictly forbidden inside the vehicles.

Damage to Vehicle: Any intentional or negligent damage caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior by the customer or their group will be billed directly to the customer.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund of the advance amount (minus processing fees, if applicable).

Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance booking amount will be forfeited.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or No-Shows: The advance booking amount is 100% non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our vehicles are rigorously maintained and driven by certified trip captains, AgraJaipurCab.com is not liable for delays, missed flights, or itinerary disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to heavy traffic conditions, natural disasters, severe weather, road blocks, or unexpected mechanical breakdowns. In case of a breakdown, our immediate priority will be to arrange an alternative vehicle.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
